1. Eat Breakfast Everyday
2. Eat a lean protein source with all meals
3. Eat a fruit and/or vegetable with every meal
4. Eat approximately every 2-3 hours ( 5-6x/day)
5. Include healthy fats with all meals
6. Choose whole grain, high fiber carbohydrates
